So we've started and things are going well. Its taken a few days to get the food ratios right but I've already concocted some great recipes!
We are mostly working out in the mornings before work and will give a full round up of week 1 on Sunday. Overall I feel full of energy and just great other than the achey muscles :)
After living a lazy and gluttonous life in London for years, we moved to Nottinghamshire in January 2009. From then on we have gone from strength to strength to get fit and healthy. Both self confessed foodies, this is never easy and felt like we needed a push to get to the next level and have taken the step to do P90x. Not only is this a challenge physically for us but a chance for Gemma to start using and sharing her healthy recipes. Eating well doesn’t mean eating bland and we are both firm believers in this.
